Just thinking of being with someone and moments they’re not here
Can shake the life out of you
But that’s not the purpose of death, it’s rather meant to stir life up in our souls
Death is just as vital to living as breathing
For it is the presence of the opposition that makes us appreciate our position in life
The absence of the physical, should create the presence of the individual in our mental
Life is unfair and takes at its own discretion, we must constantly remind ourselves
Losing someone should inspire to live a life worth living vicariously through
When someone is taken away, their spirit becomes combined with ours
You never really lose someone as long as you hold on to such
The pain of losing them must be outweighed by the pleasure that their interactions provided
Mourning and grieving have their place but they cannot take place for your whole life
For if you become grounded in death, you may as well join the deceased
Shake off the fear of death and stir up life
Use the loss to become dedicated to a new sense of victory
Victory in the name of survival and perseverance
Loved ones don’t want to look down and see a shaken individual
Stirred, But Not Shaken
Recognize the loss, Appreciate the memories, Continue the legacy
Use the bonds created with the lost to strengthen through the pain and establish an eternal connection
